Michael Juceam takes personal responsibility from the initial phone inquiry to the in home service assessment to the introduction of a caregiver into a client’s residence, creating Right at Home’s reputation as a highly responsive and caring agency. As owner, Michael is always present, making sure that each client receives the highest quality of care while maintaining their independence. He is a recognized leader in healthcare policy and procedures, as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Private Duty Association’s Florida Chapter. He is currently serving as President of The Manatee Aging Network and Vice President of the Sarasota County Aging Network and is a member of the Leadership Council  of the Alzheimer’s Association..

Prior to opening his Right at Home office, Michael spent more than 20 years in senior management, including roles as Executive Vice President of a NYSE system software company, and as a corporate and securities attorney in New York City. Michael is a graduate of Brown University in R.I. and received his law degree from Rutgers University Camden in N.J.

Regan Pruett, Community Relations Director

Regan has spearheaded RAH’s community involvement for four years, acting as a liason between the community and the needs of seniors. Regan's twelve years in the healthcare field ranging from hands on care to administration, brings a unique and diverse background to our company.  She began to expand her knowledge of longterm care in 2002 when she accepted responsibilities for reception, customer service, the business office, accounts payable and resident trust funds in a Skilled Nursing Facility.  In 2002 she was promoted to Admission coordinator and later obtained a position as the Director Admissions for a Skilled Nursing Facility where she was able to be involved with residents directly through their admission process, as well as be able to extend herself and become involved int the community. Regan has served as the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce Senior Outreach Committee Chair and plays an active role in planning the Celebrity Waiter's Dinner for the Venice Area Mental Health Centers and The American Cancer Society's Cattle Baron's Ball, two community events that make a lasting impact on the well-being of our seniors.

Debbie Infantino, Client Services Director 

Debbie is committed to ensuring that Right at Home’s caregiver team responds immediately to client needs at any time of day or night and weekends with little advance notice. By maintaining regular communication with clients, families and healthcare providers, Debbie provides up- to- the minute guidance to caregivers. This team approach allows clients to feel confident that all caregivers are not only knowledgeable and skilled but are matched with similar interests in mind.

Debbie brings nine years experience in the Sarasota healthcare community to Right at Home, beginning her career as an Activities Assistant at a Skilled Nursing facility, creating programs designed to help seniors achieve an engaged and healthy lifestyle. Debbie was promoted to serve as Social Services Director where she counseled families in connection with the plan of care for their loved ones and helped guide their discharge. She later took on the role of Admissions Marketing Director at another Skilled Nursing Facility, overseeing the care of hundreds of residents, prior to joining Right at Home.
